About Us

About Digital Fire

We’re a trusted technology partner focused on our clients’ success

Our Years of Dedication

Digital Fire was established in 1999 to help small businesses in Oakville, Mississauga, and Toronto get the most out of their IT infrastructure. Over the years, we have reduced or eliminated the technical disruptions our clients experience, enabling them to concentrate on growing their businesses and achieving their goals.

Our Philosophy

Most business owners only consider hiring a technician after they encounter a problem and end up spending more than they should on repairs. At Digital Fire, we proactively manage and maintain your systems to detect and resolve potential issues, even before you and your team are aware of them.

With Digital Fire by your side, your systems will run optimally, your employees will be more productive, and your business will always be available to serve your customer.

Outsourcing Your IT is a Big Decision

We know how daunting trying to find the right partner can be. Here are 3 things to consider when choosing a provider:

1. Only 25% of IT support should be reactive. If reactive support is all you're getting from your current IT provider, then you’re paying too much for something your business doesn't need. Talk to us to schedule a free IT assessment today! It will enable us to dig deep and determine which aspect of your IT you should invest in.

2. Some providers profit from your tech problems. This means they won’t go above and beyond to address your issues, which could eventually lead to recurring problems. We counter this by proactively monitoring your systems to spot and fix glitches before you are even aware of them — all for a fixed monthly subscription fee.

3. Inefficiency costs you money, and your IT provider should be aware of this. Digital Fire experts are trained to resolve issues with urgency and care because we understand how devastating every second of downtime could be to your business.

Take a Free Assessment of Your Information Technology

Take a free assessment of how your IT and business technology is now performing. The assessment can be done by techical and non-technical busines leaders and take 10 minutes of your time. You will get the clarity you need to evaluate your own technology environment from a strategic perspective.
